Emergency responders were called to a crash near South Toutle Road on Tuesday afternoon after a truck went off the roadway and came to rest on its side down an embankment. The incident occurred near the intersection of Frank Smith Road and Gilmore Road, close to Studebaker Creek, at approximately 3:10 p.m.

According to reporting by Classic Hits 100.7 KLOG, the driver—an elderly man—was found injured and trapped inside the vehicle. Rescue crews extricated him from the truck before transferring care to medical personnel. Authorities have not yet released details on whether the man was hospitalized.

As of Wednesday morning, the cause of the crash had not been publicly disclosed by law enforcement or emergency responders. No other vehicles were reported to be involved.
